Club Policies for Recreational Programs
Drop off Policy: Due to the limited capacity of our lobby area, we have a drop off policy in place and parents will not be able to spectate at this time. Please kindly drop off your child(ren) before the start of the class and return to facility for pick up when the program ends. This is especially beneficial for younger children as they focus and participate better in the program when parents are not in the facility.
Registration: Due to limited spaces, registrations are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Registration is not considered complete without full payment.
OGF Insurance & Membership: $45 non-refundable fee applies once per training year.
Payments: All fees are due upon registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac and Cash.
HST: All program fees are subject to 13% HST.
Refunds: A grace period of two weeks is given to request for a refund. All refunds are subject to $25 administration fee. Refunds are not offered two weeks after the start of the program.
Cancellations: Discovery Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel or change class times due to insufficient enrolment, in which case a notice will be provided to the member. If the class will be cancelled due to insufficient enrolment, a full refund will be offered.
No make-up classes, credits or refunds will be offered due to unforeseen conditions such as: inclement weather, power outage, major floods etc.
Make Up Classes: Make-up classes are not available in order to maintain coach-athlete ratios.
Discounts:
Yearly Membership Discounts: 10% is given to members for yearly membership registration (September through August).
Program Discounts: 10% ‑ for 2nd class attending/week, 15% ‑ for 3rd class attending/week (from lower fee).
Family Discounts: 10% ‑ for 2nd child, 5% ‑ for 3rd child (from lower fee).
